I’m really glad this travel steamer has dual voltage - it’s been so handy on trips to the US, especially when hotel rooms don’t always have irons available. It heats up quickly, has multiple settings, and does an excellent job at removing creases. It’s perfect for both travel and at home when you have a few items of clothing to get through and don’t fancy bringing the iron out. I haven’t really felt it to be heavy like some of the reviews have said. It’s compact and comes with a nice bag. It’s powerful enough to handle wrinkles - I’ve tried it on linen, cotton shirts, silk dresses and works a treat. I had a minor issue initially, but it was promptly resolved by Jaina in customer service, who was fantastic to deal with. Overall, this is a well designed and reliable steamer that I highly recommend.

We had been looking everywhere for a travel steamer that we could take on holiday to the US and would adapt to varying voltages. We’re so glad we found this steamer, it’s amazing!! If in doubt, go for it, super easy to use, really quick to heat up, the twist head is so helpful, long cable and makes light work of clothes to get rid of all the creases. Husband uses it for overnight stays with work where he wants to smarten up his shirt or trousers. I also use it at home in the mornings for a quick steam or t shirts or the kids uniform. We did develop an issue later with the water tank developing a crack, but when I contacted the company directly on email, they were extremely quick to respond and once I’d given my order details they traced my original order and offered to quickly dispatch a new one to me, it arrived a day later. Jaina was very friendly and helpful via email and it’s nice to see a company with great customer service standing by their warranty on a product.

I Jane only tried this on one occasion and it seems effective. Managed to get rid of the creases from a particularly wrinkly pair of trousers and ironing a top nicely. It does need more practice and I think the use of deionising water would be better, especially as some nice smelling ones are available.

I have taken it all over the world with me as I travel a lot. Reliable and better than hotel irons. It’s in my luggage as a standard item even on short trips.

This is a really excellent steamer. The steam volume and pressure is great and the steam comes through within 15-20 seconds of switching on. I normally use it in steam mode with hanging garmets, but occassionally use it as a traditional iron which works well too. Dual voltage support is excellent and it's worked well in every country I've tried it in. I now no longer need to worry about whether a hotel has an iron/ironing-board or if they do whether they will work or damage/stain my clothes. I use this for shirts, suits, trousers and jackets and it copes with them all quickly and effectively.

Just used this and it's the best thing I've bought, it's so easy and I did 4 pairs of jeans, two tops on one water fill. I would so recommend this steamer and wish I'd got it years ago.

We bought this to take on our cruise holiday, in place of our normal travel iron. Really easy to use and very effective on all kinds of materials. Very sturdy and weighs more than our travel iron, but definitely an excellent purchase.

Not entirely patch free as can spit a couple of droplets onto clothing but deals fairly well with even thicker fabric and certainly leaves clothes refreshed even if not perfect. 2 steam output rate a nice touch and managed to do a thin sleeveless shirt and a pair of thickish cotton twill trousers mostly perfectly wrinkle-free with water / steam left. Garments are not damp but fully dry and can go back straight into the wardrobe. Cord could be another meter longer but not excessively short so manageable and the weight is nice and not too heavy overall but not quite balanced between head and plug, so once finished and leaving to cool out it’s essential to have enough space for the plug to rest along the steamer as it will tip it if hung down. Shame no smart plug / converter comes with it since one of the main advertising point is the global voltage safety, so would have been a nice touch to have that if USB plug connection not possible. Charged approx £10 more just to have it in a different colour way but I suppose that’s on me for not wanting to look at a Dyson knock off colour scheme magenta product. All in all recommendable.
