I have tried many craft/sewing irons. Oh my, this is the best. Has a stand by button, so convenient when backwards and forwards to the ironing board. Temperature status is obvious, so no staining fabric with iron water, if iron not hot enough for steam. Water reservoir good size and doesn’t leak. Comfortable to hold. Lovely smooth plate. Easy to change dial. Very stable when stood on end. Good size for small fiddly sewing but big enough for larger pieces. Looks smart. Even has a protective cover if using to travel. A total joy to use. Thank you to the engineer and manufacturer.

This was a considered purchase. The first iron I received was faulty, steam was only delivered through the heel section. After troubleshooting with an Amazon agent it was agreed they would send a replacement. The second iron arrived but this time steam was only delivered through the toe section and not the heel. Oliso USA weren’t interested in helping but put me in touch with the UK supplier. After further troubleshooting with them, it seems that this is a known issue and that may or may not be resolved by pumping the steam buttons to prime the steam delivery. 2 out of 2 irons I received were faulty. if you buy, be prepared to send it back.

Amazing mini iron, definitely the best I’ve had. It’s better than our usual iron! My old Prym iron used to burn my wool mat on every use but this one doesn’t. Love the on/off button and cover for easy storage. Definitely recommend but close your eyes to help ignore the high price!!!! It’s worth it.

Lovely little craft iron. I use it mainly for patchwork and quilting. I have not used steam in mine as I prefer to spray and keep my iron clean. Love the silicon stand.

I bought this in September & its stopped working already, I can’t seem to get any sense regarding getting it replaced , it wasn’t cheap so I’m a bit gutted 😞An update , it has been replaced so hoping this one will be ok & last longer

The first Oliso had an issue with steam not emitting from the front holes.The subsequent replacement, which arrived the very next day, failed to emit steam from the middle holes.It is a very solid and well presented item as might be expected from the price tag. It’s such a shame that it just doesn’t work……twice!From reading other reviews this appears to be a fairly common complaint.

A great iron that is so useful but with a decent weight that allows pressing without too much pressure. Great for travelling and storing too.

I love this iron. Not only is it perfect for ironing patchwork blocks, it is very comfortable to use. It glides over the fabric and the light is a great bonus especially as I have been using black fabric as a background. It looks really cute as well.
