I'm writing this review after using this supp for 3 days. Background - I'm 78kg & at around 28% body fat. Problem - when I was in calorie deficit i consistently feel hungry at every hour, even after eating proper meals, constant cravings & Energy crash after lunch and evening, no energy for workout. Now, when I start taking this supplements 3 days ago.. I made a new routine 15k steps, around 700 calories deficit. Taking 1800 calories Even though my energy expenditure has increased but now from last three days I didn't feel hungry or having cravings late night or in evening, had energy during workouts. So consider this supplements as appetite suppressor, better mood & balanced energy. You've to be in deficit to see results. Two things which break my routine was - constant hunger and low energy. This supplement counter these 2 problems at best. It's a mix of pre-workout+ a bit fat burning elements, so I can see effect from Day 1. I'll update more in coming days. But yes, This is not magic pill, if you're in cal deficit it'll help you to stick into your goal...no energy crash & no constant hunger. Taste is okish...well, when it comes to result I don't care for taste, all I want to see it's effectiveness. So, go for it without doubt.

Super dubar result in 1month i reduce 9kg.. Most imp. While taking this you have to control you tongue , I means your fast food , take healthy food. At last company will maintain same quality, WEN TRP INCREASES ,QUALITY reduces..
