These incontinence pads really do work! I was very skeptical but was willing to try them. My husband had a stroke and his whole left side is affected. He is bedridden with only one working hand. Using a urinal was a disaster, but his disposable briefs just weren't keeping him dry enough either. Almost every diaper change came along with wet PJ bottoms. The way all the disposable briefs are cut, with high leg cuts, was promoting more leakage. So I bought these hoping to keep him drier and his clothing drier too. I've used all ten of these pads and they are quite effective!! They are very soft and lightweight and very easy to put on and take off. They have consistently held all the urine with no problem and amazingly keep him the most dry than anything else we've tried. I was concerned about the top portion being left open but his brief seems to hold everything in place just fine with no leakage at all. I'm sure a diaper will be just as secure. Because of the price, I plan to use booster pads during the day when I change him more frequently. But for long naps or night time, these will be what we use. I find these to be an excellent product and have no cons to report other than I do wish the price was lower. However for the comfort and dryness they provide it is worth it to us. Highly recommend.

Had been using diapers for a couple of years now as a caregiver for my brother, who wets the bed overnight. The diapers get soaked and leak onto the bed and all the way up the back. These are lifesavers, and keep the pee up and away from his skin so he's not laying in it all night. A little pricey, but worth it.

Highly recommend! For urinary incontinence. This has contained large amounts of urine over night for some one who is bed bound. Highly suggest to watch the videos from the manufacturer to ensure this will meet the needs. Prior to using this the individual was soaked over night from head to toe. This individual is taking diuretics twice a day. The first night we used this product it contained about 80%. We used 2 Quick Change since this individual is taking diuretics. Life saver, easy to apply, protected skin from urine compared to just using a diaper

These pads are very absorbent. They clearly hold the 17 oz of fluid that they claim to hold. Now I can change my loved ones urine soaked pad without having to change the whole Depends. This was always so difficult because I often don't have help and he is 6'4", 220 lbs. I put the pad on him, fold over the two sides and then fold over the top. Folding over the top really helps contain the urine. Then I pull the Depends up snuggly to keep the pad in place. He is way less urine soaked in the morning which is keeping his skin in better condition. Love these pads!
