Great handle and very good for Peking duck slicing.

Feel good, very sharp, very satisfied.

I acquired this knife simply to expand my collection, and I must say, I HAVE FOUND A NEW FAVORITE BRAND. The handle is nice and smooth, and its weight makes the knife feel whole but also precise. It came RAZOR sharp, making produce cutting a piece of cake. The finish is mirror like and in all, I aspire to get all of the knives in this series after being able to use this one. I have never used a kitchen knife as stellar as this one, and to this day it is still holding up very well. Simple maintenance (occassional sharpening + honing and polishing) keeps this knife in pristine condition, fit for any chef.

Pretty heavy but has a good hand feel. Does rust quickly so wash and dry after each use. Blade needed to be sharpened on arrival but it’s quickly become one of my favorite knives.

I've tried a couple "cheap" knives on Amazon and this is certainly at the nicer end of the spectrum. Overall I'm quite happy with this knife and have been using it for pretty much everything for the past few weeks.Pros:* Great size and shape.* It is quite sharp out of the box. It was great for tomatoes and a few other soft items that can be trickier for a dull knife.* The packaging was really nice. Normally I don't care about packaging too much but this made it feel a bit like a "premium" product. I would not be embarrassed to give this as a gift.Cons:* The handle is really comfortable but it gets slippery if your hands are wet. The shape and material make this a bit worse than other knives I've had. It is not bad but you should make sure your hands are dry when using this knife or it could slip.

This is a super vegetable cleaver and feels good in the hand. It's sharp and has a very nice weight to it. We have both Wusthoff and Tramontina knives, and this one compares favorable in weight and feel to both of them, even though they are so much more expensive.

That gives it a good feel when using it. It's really sharp so it cuts through most things effortlessly. Count your fingers after use!It comes with an oily film on it, so wash it well before the first use.At $28, it's a good deal. There are a number of other knives that cost a little more, and some that cost a lot more.
