This little thing has saved my phones life on multiple occasions, and it’s easy to use. It charges fast and the magnet is strong enough to stick to your phone even through my jeans pocket so I can pop it on and off all I want, sometimes it can get a little warm but no other red flags! It fits in my pocket amazingly the colour matches my phone perfectly and its cordless design is awesome! The sometimes I fidget with the stand on the back because it’s such a satisfying build and fulfills its job. It can also charge via lightning if that helps!

UPDATEAfter I submitted this review, I was contacted immediately by seller. They provided replacements immediately. They stand by their product. Very surprised and pleased. Really appreciate their support. Would definitely recommend them. As I said before, we loved these battery packs. Give them a try.......Initially thought it was great. Quickly powered up my phone. Easy to bring along. Wireless was the key draw to this battery. Loved that could be used as a stand. Liked it so much that I bought one for each of my family members. Seven total. Six months later three out of seven no longer charges wirelessly. Very disappointing to say the least! Trouble shooting was no help. Amazon sends you via a link to the company's website to contact seller. And no contact information provided on their website. Total waste of money!!!! Do not buy! ! Unless you think six months use is reasonable. Three out of seven purchased no longer works

Loved this battery pack! Works great and it is so practical and comfortable to have on my phone. Charges super fast!

Overall this is a great product. I like being able to stick the battery pack to the back of my iPhone and then slip into my pocket vs having a separate charger plugged in with a cable. I think this feature would be really handy for travel. I like the fact that the product is upfront with the rated battery capacity unlike most other products (5800mAh). In my own testing I've been able to almost charge my iPhone 12 twice before the charger dies (would just just as advertised). I'm able to charge my iPhone through a non magsafe case with wireless charging (I have a metal ring attached to the back of the case to keep it secure)Minor Complaints (these are not deal breakers though)- There's a green light indicator to let you know if it's fast charging. I had to email the brand owner to find out this information as it was not in the instruction manual.- The instruction manual doesn't tell you how to turn off wireless charging if this is attached to the back of your iPhone. I had to get this information from a different Amazon listing (same product but different brand). You click the power button twice to turn off wireless charging.- The small strip below the magnetic ring is not magnetic at all. It seems to be there for aesthetic purposes. this if you attached this at the back of your iPhone directly (no phone case) the battery pack will rotate along the magnetic ring - it will stay attached but not secure. If you stick this to the back of a phone case with a metal ring it will stay in place better.- The battery percentage indicator is not linearly accurate (it'll be accurate after ~20 minutes). What I would expect as I'm charging my phone is for the battery percentage indicator to decrease at a consistent rate but that's not what happens. More often than not the first time a plug in my iPhone to my battery pack via cable the percentage indicator will drop really fast (while the phone charges just a little) and then slow to a trickle while my phone charges at a normal rate.- The second digit for the percentage indicator seems to be malformed. Is not properly able to display numbers that require the lower left vertical segment so numbers 2, 6, 8, and 0 look off.

I had this product for about 8 months. Great product, by the way; love the huge battery in a small, thin, MagSafe form factor. Not only does it read the power levels on the pack, it has USB C for a quicker phone charge. Here is where I want to note the customer service experience: After the battery pack fell and the lining did not close properly, I emailed the seller. Within 12 hours, they reached out to me via phone. They replaced my item and sent me a new one, free of charge. Just now, I received a complimentary call from the seller letting me know that the replacement was in transit and will be received by the end of tomorrow. This company listens to its customers and prioritizes a great user experience. Highly recommend this product because not only it is outstanding, but the people who stand behind it are amazing. The customer service that took care of the issue is located in the USA by the way.

I love this charger. Often times I forget my charger and cord, so I make sure this is charged up and carry in my purse everywhere I go! It fits magnetically to my iPhone perfectly and has a strong adherence! Does not fall off. The color is great! The weight is a little heavy but not bad at all. Its fat and bulky, but still fits in my hand (small), nicely. The battery life lasts longer than I expected! It hasn’t gotten hot on me at any point. I am so happy i bought this! It’s easy to find in my purse when disconnected with my phone. Yep… I love it!

I was skeptical due to the price and because a friend of mine has the more expensive version of this. Boy, was I wrong! This works great. The speed of charging is quick and easy. It’s compact and can fit in my purse. I am so glad I got this ☝️
