There’s nothing holding it on to the jug
Horrible quality. Low flow rate. Shuts off automatically after a minute. There’s nothing that grabs on to the jug. The device just sits precariously on top. Even pressing the button makes it want to fall to the side and come off the jug.

Great little dispenser!
I really didn't want to have to buy a water dispenser machine because of lack of space and two nosey toddlers who like to topple everything over. Then I stumbled upon this and was glad I did! It works fantastic, comes with it's own charger. We charged it for 5 hours prior to the first use and haven't had any issues with it so far! My toddlers love it because they can easily push the button to fill their cups up and feel grown. A handy little tool to help cut down on the cost of bottled water as well as creating less waste, it's a win win!
