I have been using this for about 2 months, pretty much having my nails painted most days and I cant believe the difference in the strength of my nails. They used to be so brittle bending, breaking and peeling often. So I am very pleased.I have used it for a top coat, which I'd recommend. I've also used it as a base coat, though I wouldn't recommend this as I found it caused the nail polish to chip off and peel away, and I was wearing OPI nail varnish, so it was this. But when I used it onto of my OPI is made all the difference.Hope this helps.
