Wasn't draining. Tipped the machine onto its side, swapped the pump with this one - worked beautifuly! And clothes now also smelling better!!

Perfect replacement, at a fair price.

Washer/dryer wasn't draining, decided to open the drain sump and also replace this pump. Found some masks stuck in the rubber sump which I removed. Pump was dead so replaced it with above and is still working. Tip on how to remove the pump which has hidden screws. Remove bottom 3screws and lift the front panel you can access the screw using angled screwdriver, alternatively I just drilled 3 holes in the plastic cover to expose the pump screws.

The drain pump on my machine stopped working. Carried out some research and found this was the pump i needed to replace it.Ordered 10PM on Friday, it was delivered by 1PM on Saturday and I had the machine working again an hour later.Full marks all around.

Came as specified, im a woman, i easily turned the washer upside down, located the old one, observed how it was fitted, a screw driver and a pair of pliers, it took me around 20 mins, working perfectly. Easy, take the screws out, twist it out, take off the hoses by loosening the grips, pull out the small electric connection, repeat in reverse, bobs your uncle..

4.5 stars.Perfect fit for original part, all screw holes, catches, drain holes etc lined up and correctly sized to original. Works as intended, no leaks.The only issue is this doesn't have hole for the emergency drain pipe to attach, so if/when this needs maintenance in the future it's going to be a more messy job emptying the machine. If I can be bothered I may refit my original drain assembly to this new motor to avoid this problem
