With vitamin K1 and two forms of vitamin K2, this one of the best ways to get your daily requirement of Vitamin K if your diet is lacking in it. Like most Life Extension products, this is Gluten-free, non-GMO, and manufactured in the USA. I will continue to be a customer!

Great value! Doctors forget to tell you tha you need to take vitamin K , if you are taking Vitamin D. I love that these are tiny gel caps.

It's a supplement, I have to assume it is helping get calcium into my bones. I have osteopenia, my last bone scan showed that I am the same, osteopenia, but it was noted that my lumbar spine appear to have a higher density than my scan 2 years earlier!! I also take 5000 Vit D and Citrical. I heard that they may allow hormone therapy again, I will check into that as osteoporosis isn't something I plan to deal with. The bad: I ordered this last in January 2025, ordered enough to get through the summer heat because reviews stated they melt into a clump during shipping. I paid just under $14 a bottle, they have OVER DOUBLED the price!!! Super unhappy with the high price of Super K.

Dr said I need K so here we are. These are smaller than the brand I was taking so that's a bonus.

I recently broke my ankle and I take both vitamin d and calcium as part of my treatment. A nurse suggested to me to also take vitamin k. I like that this has both k1 and k2 and is easy on the stomach with no foul taste. It’s a small gel so it is easy to swallow.

I really was looking for a cheaper option than the other vitamin K complex called K Konplex which is a very good supplement but just too pricey for me. At the end of the day this does the job very well and I take it with my D3 for obvious reasons. This is really good quality Vitamin K complex and my experience with life extension’s other supplements have always been good. I definitely recommend taking this with your other vitamins and supplements especially D3 for absorption purposes to stop calcification in your vascular system and because this in general fights any calcium plaque build up in your vascular system. Great stuff. Good price.

The K Super = k2 + k7 package arrived ok and i started last night with my usual 5000 d3 without adverse - im house bound ! I don't know how or when I will know if this is actually beneficial re the calcium absorbion !? Will try to monitor and hopefully update this accurately later . Hope I haven't left this to late as already have significant vascular issues .
