Mad Dog 357 Reaper Sriracha Sauce 5oz by Mad Dog 357

I am not a big fan of the original mad dog 357 hot sauce, but I thought I would give this sauce a try, and it had a great flavor. I am a fan of sriracha sauce, and while this sauce is very spicy, the heat doesn't overwhelm all flavor. It has a great taste and if you want something that packs a good punch, but also has a nice flavor, I'd recommend you giving this sauce a try. It finds a good balance of giving a lot of heat people (like myself) tend to look for and flavor.

The flavor of this hot sauce keeps bringing me back. I’ve ordered three bottles to date. I’ve tried many hot sauces over the years, this one is hands down my favorite hot sauce. I scored it a little lower in giftability because it’s hotter than what most people would enjoy. The sriracha aspect isn’t over the top and sets it up for enjoyable heat and flavor.

If you want something hotter than Thai chili peppers, stay away from this. I don't know how hot 1,000,000 scoville is, but this certainly isn't even close! Or if this is how hot 1,000,000 is, I've tasted hotter from dishes prepared with Thai chili.On average, this tasted as hot as Thai chili and yellow jalapenos. For some of my friends who eat Thai chili like candies, this will be nothing to them.Although I'm disappointed that this wasn't as hot as advertised, it's a really good alternative to Sriracha sauce! If you're drenching your food in Sriracha just to get a little spiciness from it or you're practically drinking Sriracha like water, then this will be your new Sriracha. It's got a nice flavor (hint of sour and salt and sweet) but with a hotter kick.The only thing is after using it for two meals, I'm almost halfway done with the bottle. 5 oz goes pretty fast. And for $5, that can get expensive. May have to stick to Thai chili and Sriracha to save money.

Good Quality product

This sauce is pretty hot but not unbearable, Awesome kick and great flavour , I've used it on Chinese, Mexican and American foods and always find it a great addition.I did marinate some beef jerky with it and it came out perfectly. I use this sauce twice as much as the others I have because of its flavour, one of my favourites.
