Great bike!
I received my bike about a week ago. It was packaged extremely well! It took about an hour to unpack and assemble, but I'm fairly handy at doing that kind of stuff. The bike seems to be built very well. It is heavier than your standard bicycle for sure, but it handles and rides great. I am very impressed with the power and torque of the motor. I weigh about 200 pounds and it barely knows I'm on it when it's time for the motor to kick in. The life of the battery has been exceptional. After I charged the battery, I got about 85 miles on it before I decided to charge it again, but I still had 34 percent battery life left. I feel certain I could have gotten over 100 miles on it before it "needed" to be charged. I've had it up to 38 mph in the unlocked mode with me pedaling about as hard as I can to see how fast I could go on a flat surface. My legs probably just couldn't pedal any faster. I did get it up to 41 going downhill, but gravity was helping me out on that one. That is really fast on a bicycle!! Most of my riding is in Pedal Assist Mode 2, and my speed averages 15 to 17 mph at that level with minimal effort on my part. Mode 3 jumps me up to about 23 mph, which is kind of fast for the majority of the riding that I do, but in some areas it's perfect. I'm 5'8" and while throwing my 58 year old leg over it to get on or get off is a little tight, once I'm on the bike it's fine. If you are shorter than 5' 7" you might need to be a little more flexible than I am to be comfortable doing that. I bought the ultimate package that came with all the accessories and they are handy to have. The bag that fits on the luggage rack is perfect to carry your stuff in. I am very pleased with this bike, so much so that I'm looking to buy a 20" model for my wife. I initially didn't want the 4 inch wide tires, but now that I have them I'm glad I do. They add stability and I think they make the ride a little smoother. There are so many different brands of e-bikes out there it's hard to decide which one is right for you. If Freesky has a model that suits your needs, I would certainly recommend them!

Great ebike at a great price!
This ebike is unreal! It’s like what I imagined being in the future would be like when I was a kid! Very powerful motor, super heavy duty! It is a big heavy bike (almost like riding a dirt bike) but still somehow easy to ride and pedal with no assist. I get almost as many looks from gawking people as when I drive my hotrod! People call it nightrider since it’s all black. I put 140mm crank arms on it (it comes with 170mm) so I could actually keep up with the emotor while at top speed, which for me is about 33mph. (It has to be unlocked with a code that I got from freesky tech support otherwise it’s locked at 20mph) I upgraded the shock, seat, and put a shock absorbing seat post on it which made it super comfortable and smooth even on rough terrain at high speeds. I also ordered the bag that amazon recommended (JXFUKAL) it expands to 40L and fits perfectly on the rack! My first ebike got stolen so I bought the biggest lock and chain I could find on amazon. I also put a hidden airtag (hidden under the water bottle cup holder) and an alarm on it! Take precautions ebikes are a highly stolen item nowadays. Great value for the money. I researched ebikes for weeks and this was the one I really wanted, it has all the features I wanted at about half the price of other equivalent ebikes. At max power and speed it probably goes 60 miles. I’ve never tested it all the way to zero percent but that’s my guess based on battery percentage. At a low power assist level I can ride for dozens of miles and the battery barely drains, if I had to guess it would probably go at least 180 miles (probably more) at low power on flat road. If you’re thinking about getting an ebike I don’t think you can do much better for the money!

Amazing engineering.
I have used it for 5 days now and wow, what a piece of machinery. Very high quality frame and weld points. Tons of customizations you can make e.g. suspension, speed cap, seat of course, the positioning of of the handle-bar equipment, etc. I will say this is a very fast and quiet bike though so I would caution buying this for a 13-18 year old. It's more for adults who have experience on motorcycles and understand how traffic works or even if you are in the rural areas how to watch for wildlife and potholes. As for assembly, it took me around 40 minutes to unbox it by-myself. Assembly took me around an hour and wasn't confusing at all (I am mechanically retarded). The user manual that comes with it gives a step-by-step assembly procedure. There are also some great videos you can watch on the assembly procedures. As for the capping and uncapping the speed limit on the bike, I would suggest the following: *Every time you start it up, by default it is in 20mph cap "mode" *Spend 4-5 days learning the procedures, feel, throttle, breaking, etc. *When you feel comfortable going faster on the bike, start it up and hold the right arrow ==> button for 3 seconds or so. For mine the first time I did this it said "32" and I was completely confused. I could still only go 20mph. That's because 32kmph=20mph. Hold the right arrow again and you should see 99. That means you have no speed cap. Best part of the bike - if you pedal while you are going downhill or on flats, the battery recharges itself really quickly. My commute to work is 7 miles through the hills of of PA and I get to work and I still have 100% battery charge. Also, in my opinion it's a very clean, well designed, and sharp looking bike. Worst part - They forgot the bracket that holds my tail-light onto the seat post. I emailed them and they are 2-day UPS'ing me the part on Monday. So, if you are single, have a "shortish commute", and want to save 10k-12k year on a car, get this bike. Get a Walmart+ membership have have your food and stuff delivered! LOL.

I have been researching ebikes for 6 months looking for my first purchase. I was looking for a fat tire bike with a longer range. I looked at several of the name brands and they were okay, just more expensive and options i didnt care about and their range was limited. I kept coming back to Freesky. I went with the Swifthorse as i wanted overkill with battery range and motor just for peace of mind on longer trips and hills. This bike arrived within time and very well packaged. It was a fairly simple process to assemble. Their website also had easy to follow videos. I got the blue grey as the green was sold out everywhere. Its darker then the pictures that im very happy about. It is a stunning bike and very well made. It is solid. I added flat out to the tires for piece of mind. I also added a 3 inch stem extender for the handlebars as i am 6'4". Its not needed for everybody but i prefer more of an upright riding style. I am on the west coast of Canada, not as cold as everywhere else but still chilly right now. I've put 56 km's on the bike in the first week and my battery is still at 70% using mostly pedal assist 1 and 2 and a few times at 3-5 just to test it out. Just an amazing range. I've gotten it up to 54kmh on flat surfaces just to test it out. I normally wouldn't go that fast, but its nice to have. The bike rides very smooth and is so stable with the weight and fat tires. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. the seller also contacted me just to ensure everything was okay after it was delivered which was a nice surprise. I plan on taking very good care of this bike which should make it last longer.

This bike is simply amazing! It had a few minor issues at first, but after I contacted the seller, Mr. Ande, he immediately responded and helped me resolve everything without causing any headache. His attitude was outstanding — super nice, patient, and genuinely caring. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are completely satisfied. Sellers like him are incredibly rare nowadays! As for the bike itself — the quality is exceptional. It’s solid, rigid, and built with impressive craftsmanship. Every detail feels premium, and it rides so smoothly and powerfully that you can feel the quality in every turn. It’s reliable, durable, and clearly designed to last for years without any hassle. If you’re looking for a high-quality bike that delivers top performance and is backed by incredible customer service, this is the one. I recommend it without a single doubt. This is a perfect 10 out of 10 experience — both the product and the seller deserve full credit for excellence!

Very comfortable ride with the full suspension. Battery lasts a long time on level 2 peddling as you would put same effort as a non electric bike. No need to go past level 3 it’s so fast. Love the fact then when I go into a parking garage the lights turn on automatically. Signal lights are a great addition when riding on the road. Best electric bike I’ve ever owned.
