Set of 2 galvanized steel rollers and brackets. Each roller is 1.5" in diameter and 10" between frame length. They are durable conveyor rollers of premium quality and can withstand heavy duty loads with a robust 100-pound load capacity. These metal rollers are made of quality steel that are durable while providing reliable performance in demanding conditions and continuous use. These steel long rollers operate quietly and produce minimal vibrations ensuring smooth and efficient operation. These steel long rollers have superior finishing with galvanised coating that provides enhanced corrosion resistance and rust prevention protection. These robust rollers add versatility to the type of transfers, diverters, and stops that can be used as part of a conveyor or automation system. The galvanized mild steel axle of each roller is 5/16″ in diameter with spring loaded on one end. This allows for smooth, swift movement during installation and removal from bracket which will facilitate easy maintenance and low downtime. Like the roller and axle, each bracket is made of galvanized steel. Each bracket is robust with thickness of 1/8" and length of 10.3". 2 Gap Rings for each end of a roller ensures a snug roller-to-bracket fit.
