Great quality helmet fits well and feels sturdy, dont really want to test if it stops me dying but im sure it will help. the led light is quite bright and runs on a CR2032 battery which cost around 60 - 70p

Excellent helmet. Just started road cycling and was looking for something that was well priced but also promised exceptional protection. The addition of the light is nice but not too important as most of my riding takes place during the day, albeit it will come in handy I'm sure. Have found the fit to be really good and comfortable. Excellent product and excellent price.

Great helmets, we have bought three and feel very happy with the product. Feel the ability to cope with multiple impact is a strong selling point.

Seems Prowell have a great range of helmets at nice prices so I thought I would give one a try.My hardest choice was to actually decide which helmet to buy as they have a great colour and designthroughout the range and may eventually purchase others :).This helmet is extremely comfortable and looks great,the shark fin LED light which can be fitted whenneeded is also a nice bonus,i am very pleased I bought one.

This is my first cycle helmet and I must say for the price it seems to be very well constructed compared to some I've seen at a similar price.It has a reflective strip all the way around and the chin strap adds comfort.The light that comes with it can be attached to the helmet or the bicycle.Overall I'm very happy with this product. I purchased the green and black and it complements my bicycle very well.

It's a nice helmet and the free light is great but be aware that the sizes appear smaller than the average helmet. I tried on a number of helmets that were size 55-61cm in shops, all fit perfectly, room to adjust looser and tighter, so I bought this helmet in medium which is supposed to be up to 61cm. It is very tight even when I open it out to its loosest setting, any smaller and I would have to return it. So maybe get a large if you are around 59 - 61 cm head size. Otherwise its all good.

Never used a lid before, but after my front rim exploded at the end of my journey into town, I started to think what might've happened if it had failed earlier whilst traveling at speed. I didn't get much sleep that night, & the next day decided to stop being a helmet & invest in one instead!PRO's: This is a very good looking lid. It's well designed, & has an innovative construction. There's no polystyrene, like with other helmets, & none of the foam is on display, it's all covered with the plastic top. It looks relatively small on, not at all bulky compared to other lids. I have a size 59cm head, & the medium one fitted me perfectly (just remember to adjust the up/down thingy before tightening). It's comfortable to wear too.CON's: It's not finished that well, the plastic top looks like it's hand cut by someone not very skilled or well trained at their job, but you only notice this on close inspection. The NITE Safe Reflective sticker wasn't put on too well either, but again you'll only notice it upon closer inspection. The chin strap was on back to front, & I had to take it off then put it back on the right way, a very fiddly job.All in all I'm extremely pleased with it & would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a stylish, innovative, & slimline lid. Got mine for £25.99 in the sale as well, what more could I want! Actually, I want a flashing red light that sticks to the top of my head...wait a minute...I got me one of those too (all I need now is a siren)!

I wanted to replace my old Las Squalo because of a size - hoped that large F59R will be better for my 62 head. But I'm not happy about how this helmet doesn't hold on place even when all straps are tightened. This makes side impact protection insufficient. The build quality is a bit disappointing too, but may be adequate to the pricing.
