Had been taking it for one and half months . Yet to.see the effects on skin or body. But my problem is unlike other brand supplements this one doesn't have fssai certificate it's not approved by fssai. It's basic criteria . This brand shows other certificates but not by fssai. Kind of concerned now.

"Trans"-resveratrol....this is the key, ideal form of resveratrol and I settle for nothing less. 99% pure trans-resveratrol from Japanese Knotweed... it doesn't get any better than this, from what I've learned.. There's a Dr Sinclair out there that I think he even claims he's the one that isolated or discovered this particular form of resveratrol, or something like that, but he's a great anti-aging doc that talks about this supplement at length, and he talks about the benefits of adding this with another particular supplement, for remarkable, exponential, anti-aging benefits, as I understand it... unfortunately, this "combination" must have been working a little too well, as far as certain "global players" are concerned....because they used a technicality as an excuse to ban that ingredient for sale, even though there are others out there that have it, as I understand it. Anyhow, you won't find that substance that Dr Sinclair recommends, to go along with trans-resveratrol, around this neck of the woods, if you know what I mean... look for Dr Sinclair's videos on the subject to find out the details, it really does sound promising... the only hint I dare give is that it is known by it's shortened, 3 letter initials... and I'll say the first letter of those 3 initials, is the letter "N"... and I'll go ahead and say the last initial, the 3rd initial... is the letter "N", as well.... There, I've said enough already, I can say no more....although I'd just ask in general, what letter comes just before "N", in the alphabet?.... maybe that's the middle letter, of the 3 initials... but I can't say for sure. I'll leave it there. This is a high quality, top of the line, pure, trans-resveratrol product, with 1,000 mg's per 2 capsules. And it's made in the USA, which is a must for me. Great product.
