These tvs are great and easy install

I am an IT expert and love tech. I was looking for something to install into our new SUV as we chose to not purchase the dealership option. So glad I did, this setup is so much nicer than any dealer option out there. All apps run fast and the touchscreen is really quick. I have netflix and youtube tv running on both, the picture quality is a 10 of 10. The wires are the only thing I gotta figure out, but will be hiding those this summer.

Revised rating after 2 months using. I will give 4.5 stars if the system allows me to do so. The negtive half star affected by the TF card and USB reading compatibilities. Only 64GB sandisk flash disk could be recognised by the tv set. Though I requested a return and replacement, same problem still exists. TF slot is a failure. All tv sets I bought failed to read any TF card. I communicated with amazon service and seller quite a lot on this issue, nobody could make it fixed.***Gorgeous 4K touch screen car tv tablet! You get what you paid for. You paid for what you get. A little pricy but i think this screen worth such price. The screen can be connected to your speaker system via bluetooth, super easy! Your phone can be mirrored onto this screen, and the screen can be controlled by your phone via mycar link App, but there is problem when you watch movie from the usb flash disk folder, your phone lost control onto the screen. The app only works on other interface, not on movie folder. Also, there is obviously delay between two screens when sync by HDMI, both delay on video and audio!

My kids love to watch their favorite shows and movies while me and my momma bear enjoy adult conversations.

I bought this tv's back in august, as soon I plug them in my truck it ask me to do an update. We were not able to do the update ourselves so we had to contact customer service and yes they were very helpful, they send us the update via email and we had to download it in a usb than to the TV. It fixed the update issue for about a month and it asked for another update, we tried to do it ourself again but were not sucessful. The update prompt pops up every single day a few times in a row. We finally just turn them off. We have contacted customer service again and did not get a response. I do not recommend this product as it has just been a headache and we have not been able to enjoy having TV's in my truck.

Awesome product…. But Needs to come with hardwire kit..

Works like a dream when it wants to work. Product is pretty glitchy. It will disconnect from Bluetooth audio a lot and currently won’t connect at all. Current workaround is to completely forget all devices and then pair the phone and screens to my car WiFi. Because Bluetooth isn’t working, all the sound comes out of 1 unit and it’s extremely loud for me & the 3rd row can’t hear at all. The app is also glitchy and takes several attempts to start a show. and if I hop out of my car and shut the door, it shuts it off and have to completely reboot. Unit is hardwired in to car and we’ve tried everything to get it to quit shutting off. Points for them looking nice and being large screens but a nightmare to deal with
