First Order: After 5 solid uses, it refused to turn on. Made sure there wasn't anything stuck in a gear or the motor. Nothing. It just refused to operate anymore.Contacted customer service, and they were friendly enough. Some communication issues. A replacement cutter was sent.After Customer Service: It seems to be operating alright; we use it about twice a month to help shred cardboard for recycling days. On normal cardboard or a fold with a little bit of force it goes through just fine. But if the cardboard is stiff you need quite a bit of force to get it through, or to break the structure of the cardboard first.1 Month Later: Cutter is still operational. Customer service won't stop contacting me to completely remove the "negative review". No, it's not 5-star, but I had to get a replacement, and the communication issues with requesting the replacement were aggravating.
