At first I thought the holes were not in the right spot but they were, the top ring was interfering I'm with my pedal bar. I should have ground it down to make it fit but I just bent it, working so far

Purchased a 44T, does not fit. There needs to be another way to get the right product! Just doesn't come close to fitting. Also, yeah no return options.

I incorrectly measured the screw hole pattern. I didn't think there would two different sizes on the same bicycle gear. I'm not going to send this one back as it was my error not theirs. It was packed very well in Styrofoam and a cardboard box with two extra screws. The second one I got from a different company came in a plastic bag without any screws.

Item was exactly what was needed to replace the broken chain guard on my bike. Just be careful to measure the screw spacings and you will be ok.
