First time having a septic system. No problems so far and don't want any. Bought these almost 2 years ago, use monthly as prevention. Just remember to throw into the bowl and FLUSH! Made that mistake and was hard to clean.

I used to have a foul smell emitting from my toilet, but after using these, the small has gone!! I've been using them for almost a year and just received my second order. Seems to be working. Can't tell what's going on in the septic tank though.

I've been told by many don't use products like these.
