It's a stretchy toy. I hang it from my scuba diving jacket but I guess it's meant as a kids bath toy. It seems well made so should last a while.

Fell apart
The first thing I noticed was little polystyrene balls in the packaging I just thought that they had come from some other packaging but then I noticed them on my little boys clothes and it turns out that the head of the octopus was filled with them and had split it has now came away completely and is empty
