Great, works perfectly with my Omron BP tester, well designed.
Works perfectly with my Omron BP tester. The cuff is plenty big and holds well under inflation. My arms are too big for a standard cuff. I like the green tab on the cuff that indicates clearly where to place the cuff.

Works with our Omron Monitor
The adapters didn't fit our monitor, but we were able to pull off the connector from our unit and plug it into the hose on this cuff. The cuff seems to reflect my actual BP fairly close to what the doctor found at my last appointment. My only issue is that it makes a popping noise as it fills up the cuff with air. I've tried unwrapping it several times, but it still does it. Anyway, hoping it lasts as long as my last one did. Good luck!

Did not work right
I liked the size and comparability of this item however it did not work like the original cuff. It kept showing very high blood pressure. With my original cuff it showed more reliable blood pressure.
