Always wanted to do engraving. This is the perfect size starter pack for us beginners. Affordable. That way if I'm no good I won't feel I have spent a fortune. If I am good then there are loads of additional attachments I can get. Fast delivery. Very well packaged. Thanks very much. Battery life ample after charging for my needs.

The engraver is very light, and very quiet to the one i have been using. It easy to control, however this could do with a spare battery and a better charger, my other issue was when it arrived it only had 5 engraving heads in the box, when it clearly shows more in the picture. Still waiting to see if the grinding bits will be replaced. But happy with the unit and feel, would have got 5 star if it was all in the box.

I use this for many things from creative carvings to engraving. Lasts a fair amount of time to be able to do a decent amount of work in a session.

Had to return as didn’t get the right amount of, or correct tools in the box. However I got a refund quickly. Maybe just a dodgy box I got as the actual machine looked, for the money, that it would have been ok and function well.

Hardell engraving pen is extremely light, with a fairly good battery life. Happy with purchase, I have used to hand engrave on glass.Only cons to it, are the fact you have to remove battery and place its own charger to chsrge, and sometimes unscrewing the tool gets to close to impossible to move but got that to remove the battery x

Easy to use and easy to charge. Bought to engrave some glasses as I couldn’t find anyone to do it for me. There are lots of heads supplied and they are easy to change. Before buying I read a review saying that there was no indication of what the different heads do. This is true, and as a complete novice to engraving I found this annoying. I tested a few heads to find one that gave the look I wanted. However, I will probably not rush to do more with this great little tool as I don’t have any guidance for what it can do.

Product itself is great for the price what I am disappointed at is the misleading pictures of the different burrs. Only received 5 and they were of two variants. I chose this product because of the varying attachments and was disappointed with what I received. This is false advertising and should be addressed immediately

Got this for my daughter and followed the instructions to the letter for first use. She turned it on and instantly the room smelt like burning metal and it within a second, before she could even press the pen to what she planned on engraving, it had stopped working plus was hot to the touch. Didn’t dare try a different battery or let it cool down. Might just be our purchase but it’s an automatic return for us.
