The remote is so small and display even smaller deducting 1 star for design flaw.Even most remote have back-lit led nowadays once the remote control goes in the dark you can't tell what mode it is in what temperature. Moreover they don't have a display on the indoor unit to display the temperature, causes massive confusion.Otherwise cooling but is awesome, very silent, comes at a heavy price so we need to think multiple times before buying. Now I could only find negative reviews only so I don't know what they are doing.When I received the ac I had to call customer care number myself as amazon didn't do it. Upon calling the number the customer care team was so confused one of them said "we don't provide installation or service for ogenral ac bought on amazon".. I was shocked to hear this then upon further querying as to who will do that then she took my request as a "complaint" and then said since its under warranty no need to pay for installation. I was so confused again. I think there is a gap in understanding. Anyways as soon as i raised the 'complaint' i got the ac guys who came in the same day. So kudos to the fast response.
