I used to have an aluminum UV barrel in my RO system, but since filtered water passes through the metal body, and aluminum isn't good for our health, I had been searching for a steel UV barrel for a long time. After thorough research, I ordered this steel barrel. I won't say its steel quality is top-notch, but considering the price at which it is available on Amazon, it offers good value for money.

Very Good product . Pls dont use aluminium casing for water filter, I had a very bad experience as it creates harmful toxins . Now I Ordered a steel casing . This is genuine product, made of steel. Other sellers had sent cheap aluminum casing in the name of steel . Will have to wait and check its quality after few months and share review.

For the price of 300 you'll get aluminium chamber and UV tube. For the double the price I did expected UV tube or LED in the box. Description also mentions that choke and UV lamp is included but none of them provided.The steel chamber is good but it uses plastic caps on both ends and I verified that the water do touch the plastic caps. I don't know what and how much will that plastic leech into water.
