Plantex policy or Amazon policy, whatever the case, when a customer is unable to use the item due to its size issue, they fail to refund this item.Everyone agrees, that with the photo alone it is hard for most people to get an exact picture of the item that we purchase unless it fits in the right slot.Mine was the same case, and unfortunately, I was away when the item was delivered to my home and there wasn't anyone to check the fitment of the item delivered, and by the time I checked the item the return window was closed.No this is not useable for me.There wasn't any privilege of being a valued customer here, that should be an expectation to be considered.

I require a long body pipe. This one is short body. So, I want to cancel the item and get refund.

Quality is good, but the tap is small , can be used for small wash basin only. Please check the dimensions of tap given in the photo before ordering. The photo of Tap (appears to be big) maybe misleading. Item is not returnable for cash refund.
