They mould in hot water
Bought these instead of going for mould at the dentist. They actually work well and saved me about £120!

Don't mould properly
Not good at all. Followed the instructions twice as 1st done nothing. Haven't moulded to my tooth shape, maybe a slight shrink to them but not enough to fit snug so whitening gel just moves about.

Rubbish
Guard doesn’t even reach to my back teeth and was too shallow. Ok if you have no back teeth or only want to whiten the top of each tooth. What a waste of money
