The media could not be loaded. Bought these lights and they stopped working after a week. After leaving a bad review, the seller personally reached out and offered a new set along with a refund. Great customer service!

I bought 3 strands. I set the timer for the warm white lights every night and Worked great for a week and now only 3 lights come on and 1 flashes the other 5 do not come on at all for the white light setting. 7 will work when I choose a color but it’s never the i picked it just does whatever color it decided and flashes blinks .. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER RESPONDED, CALLED ME BACK AFTER THEY ASKED ME TO SEND THEM AN EMAIL W/PROOF OF PURCHASE AND A VIDEO OF THE LIGHTS NOT WORKING.. Never heard back from them.. I HAVE CALLED AND EMAILED THEM 6xs… SO DONT WASTE YA MONEY GO TO LOWES AND BUY THERES THEY WILL COMMUNICATE, EXCHANGE OR REFUND THERE CUSTOMERS …

These lights are so awesome! You can select programmed lights from a good selection of presets or you can do your own. You can control the brightness and speed which is great and best of all, Alexa can program a routine for turning on and off.

I really like these lights and their functionality. I only have one issue with them that you need to know if not mounting shining upward. I have some large rock stones at my front gate and I purchased these to shine Down on the rocks. After a rain I noticed one light wasn't working. When I looked at it, it had water inside the lens. I unscrewed the lens cover, drained the water, and the light started working. Apparently when you mount the lights facing downward and the wires are on top, water seeps into the light housing where the wires go into the fixture. After looking further, all of the lights had water in them. Also, it appears the heat doesn’t dissipate when shining downward and a day later 4 out of 8 lights didn’t work. But if they are designed to be mounted downward just say so in the description…I like the lights and am considering buying another set to face upward…

These lights didn’t even last 6 months. They totally died. Even from the beginning, the colors I chose for the lights would not stay that color. Very disappointed because I was really excited about these. To add, we bought 3 sets of these lights and they all stopped working.

Didn’t even last a year. I used these outdoors around a pool and in landscaping.When I first used them I really liked the way they looked. Started having issues early on with having to reset a lot. Then the white light bulb on several quit working so I had to try to use a color like yellow to match others. Didn’t look right. I never had any problems with the app to control them. Eventually they just stopped working all together. Tried to reset and reconnect several times but it was not even getting power anymore.

You can have all the same color you can change one color individually. It comes with a light remote but best of all it comes with an app.The app makes it easier to alter your colors from each light and switched them around according to the seasons.
