Poor Quality
The first time I used it, the cable frayed. Was using on less than half of the rated capacity. The winch got VERY HOT during use. Couldn't touch the aluminum housing. Unfortunately, I ordered far in advance of my first use, otherwise I would send it back. I'll check if they will warrant through the manufacturer

Questionable
Out of the box, plugged it in, heard a click and that was that. Not a good place to be when you needed a winch and 30 miles away for a job where customer was expecting it done and it was dead!

unreliable
junk, it ran long enough to hoist my 90 pound load up then quit. wont lift or lower. big cord cap got hot and tripped the breaker and will not reset.
