I dreaded the idea of cod liver oil, but this is actually mild and easy to take. No fishy burps (hurrah!) and I feel like it’s made a positive difference to my skin and energy levels. The bottle pours cleanly and it lasts a while. I wish it came with a small dosing spoon, though.

The item arrived timely and in a very good condition as expected.It also tastes of lemon and not of fish-oil as the advertising says. I can only recommend it!

I got this product at a great price and have bought it a few times now. Very mild taste and my two kids have it every morning with no complaints or issues about taste. Great product. Would definitely recommend the neutral and lemon flavours.

Great tasting, high quality oil. The glass bottle is very strong, dropped it on a hard floor and did not smash. Highly recommended, far superior to other brands at the same price point.

I’ve been taking the mega three for years now and I can honestly say definitely works. I’m not here to review a mega free supplement but more this brand this brand is among the top three of the ones that I’ve used and the smell taste and freshness are all very good Particularly the freshness it last for a long time as long as you keep it in the fridge which I highly recommend you can even freeze it. The reason I give this four stars is more due to the flavour compared to the lemon, the apple flavour personally for me does not taste nice at all and you would be better off getting the lemon flavour or unflavoured. It is a little bit on the expensive side but still quite good value for money. There are no funny ingredients in it and it is very easy to use. I take about 7 mL on a big tablespoon so I don’t spill any trying to put it in my mouth.
