Great look and size. I intend to use them as memory boxes and have yet to put the file folders and items in them. One at orange container arrived with the handles not attached. It wouldn’t have been too big of a deal because they are easy enough to reattach, but one of the handles is cracked. The other three appear to be in good shape. Overall, I think they’ll do the job.

I have 3 of them holding legal size files. The tops are tall enough that they don't interfere with the file tabs; the snap up handles hold pretty tight; the glides on the bottoms actually do make them easier to slide; and they stack perfectly. This is a great storage method for files that you have to keep but don't need immediate access to.

I especially like the Iris File Box for just that, files! I have so many that it is wonderful that I can fill these and stack them if need be. Their feet fit in the groves of the lid for sturdier stacking as well! They can be used for endless items as well. They are sturdy but you can still see well enough to determine what is inside, such as clothes, blankets, files, newspapers, CDs, DVDs, pictures, holiday decorations etc. The green handles may pop out, but these go back! So many other brands do not. Often these are priced almost the same as cheaper files that arrive broken. These do NOT. I stopped ordering ANY other kind They package them in and inside box with a tough outside box as well. The green handles allow you to organize more easily too! They fit in shelving well too. Handle broke immediately. Super cheap and annoying!!!!

I downsized everything...and just kept my important papers that were absolutely needed...and I purchased these FILE FOLDER CONTAINERS to go under my 18" platform bed! They are perfect. All these need to keep files....but not need to access files are in a watertight container that has great lids and stack so easily if needed. Excellent item...and they cost a bit more than some file folder containers and ARE WORTH IT...much studied, handles make it easy to carry and they will not have any moisture or dust ...and these containers are not going to break easily....really well made.
