Changed the taste of my coffee for the better
My doctor told me about how good this product was while we were chatting about coffee. So I decided to give it a try. It is a game changer. My coffee is much smoother and tastes even more delicious after using this product.

Actually makes a noticeable difference
Living in LA we have notoriously bad water (IYKYK) so I was immediately intrigued by a solution to create the perfect mineral ratio from distilled water you can buy at the grocery store. The first time I tried it, it honesty made a really noticeable difference in the taste of the final product and kinda grossed me out to think I’ve been making coffee from the city water that comes through my fridge filter for so long haha! Super easy, you just make a gallon of it and then you’re good to go for many cups of coffee.

Game changing: makes your espresso taste better
I love this, I live where our water is very hard but buy distilled water just for the espresso machine. This adds the minerals needed to make it taste better and I can tell I’ve reduced the amount of filters I need for my Breville too. This has leveled up my coffee making game.

Good!
I tried this with my french press and have to say that it is definitely worth that extra step. It didn’t add much to my prep time, and the coffee was noticeably smoother (also slightly less bitter)!

Does not dissolve completely.
Unlike Third Wave Water, this one does not completely dissolve in the water even if you put it in boiling water. The very first time I bought this from Perfect Coffee Water's website, it was fine. It had completely dissolve in room temperature water. My second batch was bad and does not dissolve. Same thing here it seems. I'm wondering if it was just a bad batch and I was just unlucky.
