I really like it so far
I got it in two days. I’m always skeptical about things I buy from the ether. But I got a 6x thinking it wouldn’t work, it might buckle, Velcro issues. When it arrived, I noticed all the clasps and thought of a girdle. Thankfully I was the only one home, putting it on feels feminine.I figured out I should clasp it first the slip it over my head. I’m 6’3” 335lbs slipping it on is tricky. I anticipated I would need the first clasps, but I ended up taking it off and setting the clasps to the second row. (Three rows in all).I’m wearing it now, it feels right, but I can fast see I’ll go to the tightest rowafter a few workouts.I really like it so far.

Great Sweat Belt
Make sure to measure your waist and to use the company sizing chart, do not guess, or you will get something to small. I have worn the belt on a 50 mile bicycle ride, 20 mile walk and at the gym. Even though the weather was only 50 degrees Fahrenheit on my ride and walk the sweat poured off of me like the weather was 90 degrees Fahrenheit. At the gym it hid the love handles.

Durable, Supportive, & Comfortable
Honestly, I was pretty skeptical to start waist training but was even more skeptical of the product reviews I had read. That being said, the quality of the waist trainer I received was sturdy & durable. I’ve already used it 3-4x since receiving it on Thursday & plan to continue to use it.I wore it during my workout yesterday & it definitely helped with my posture. I can’t wait to see the results now that I’ve implemented this into my daily regimen of working out & eating clean.

Great!
So far this works well. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to wear it for sizing issues (I ordered the largest, 6X but I’m technically larger than that). But the 3 rows of teeth help with the sizing. It makes you sweat a ton which I love. I have a long waist so it doesn’t cover everything and I have a muffin top effect near my chest but it works well. Can’t wait to keep going down in size.Side note - it’s quite comical trying to get these on but once you do it a few times, it’s easier. I found that by not using the straps to pull but using your hand and shoving down then pulling it outward and up helps way more.

Work fine for me and I am big
I am 6', mass around 350 lbs and have an umbilical hernia. I wear a 6x. I find the easiest way to put this on is to put it together, sit on the edge of the bed, and step into it. Then fold the first few inches outward and then pull the whole thing up until the bottom edge hits the low point I want it to be at. Then I unroll it and voila, it is on. Yes it is very snug; it is supposed to be. When I first get mine I hook it together, center it around my knees, and stretch it out with my knees. Then it goes on easier. I have had mine for several months and they are holding up just fine and I wear mine for probably 12 hours a day. I have two so I can change them. Only drawback is in the heat of summer since these do not breathe. The sweat can accumulate and eventually cause some skin damage. But around the house or during the rest of the year there is not problem.

Great fit!
I like the fact that this covers my full abdominal region. I got a medium and had to use the extension piece. I suggest getting a size larger than the recommended size

Feeling better with this item! 🎃
Buy a cheap tape measure from Wal-Mart and get a true measurement around the navel area of the abdomen. I wore the garment to a restaurant and I slept in this corset. 👻

It is amazingly comfortable and often i forget i have it on
I had never even considered an waist trainer before but thought i'd give it a try. This has really made a dramatic change in my physique in and out of the waist training. I have been wearing it during the day and after work at the gym. It is amazingly comfortable and often i forget i have it on. At the gym it moves with my body and not only supports my back but it also supports my sometimes slumping posture. I first ordered the medium which fit perfectly but thanks to my exercise routine, eating habits, and the trainer i realized I needed it to be a little more snug. The small is doing magic which is no small feet for a 6'3" tall 220 llb man and the results are impressive!
