Please ignore my actual blackheads in my nose :(It’s true to size and virtually invisible. The flat top is pretty flesh with my nose compared to other clear nose rings I’ve seen. I can’t feel it in my nose either. Plus it came with all 10, but if I don’t take it out, I don’t see myself losing it. It’s not going to fall out or get stuck on anything

It seemed a little bigger than the 18g sterling silver original piece I originally had but I think it was all due to the different material and after a few days it was perfect with no issues. Works well in the professional job field.

This product is great for if you need to “hide” your piercing. I have to take my piercing out for school but don’t want it to close. This helped a ton. It is hardly noticeable.

It seems to be a proper 18 g. The stem is the length I like. Not too short. Came in a nice little box. I recommend it!
