First time I used this, I filled it with hot tap water and it kept its temperature up while I got in and out of it THREE times over about 4 and a half hours.Initial set up was a little annoying. Sliding the rods into their spots on the tub took some work, and one in particular gave me fits of problems for about 10 minutes before I got it to slide it.Wish the release valve was bigger as it takes a fairly long time to empty out using it. I'd say about 20 minutes or so.Tub was a little weird to get into and out of the first time but adjusted to it quickly. Have used it four times already and it's holding up just fine. For the price this is amazing if you want something to soak in.I'm 6'02" and 185 lbs for reference and this didn't feel cramped. Would be nice if I could stretch my legs out but I didn't drop a couple hundred dollars on this.

This cold plunge tub has decent durability and a sleek aesthetic. The tub feels spacious and comfortably accommodates larger people such as myself, though it does feel like it can tip over easily due to the limited amount of the poles included. It does have a user-friendly setup that streamlines the installation process. This does make it easy for travel as long as you have a large water source available where ever you are going. It is simple and stays cold if you put enough ice in it.

A little bit of a pain to set up and tear down/put away, but is a great way to get outside and cool off!

Mine developed holes and flooding within 2 months. Will be ordering a different one. Not sturdy

These are great ice baths specially when you’re trying to recover from a hard day

I'm a big fan of these style of tubs for cold water as well as hot water therapy. I have used this tub for both and so far it has held the temperatures well. This tub has the best insulation for tubs I have tried so far. The sides have a good thick insulation and the bottom has a thick pad.The tub comes with an inflatable lid/ring, a top cover, seven solid PVC side posts, a carrying case for travel, a hand pump, and an instruction manual. Assembly is pretty easy by inserting the posts into their designated spots and using the air pump to inflate the top support ring as well as the ring for the top lid.The top lid and cover are one of the best features to me for maintaining the water temperature while filling it up, especially with hot water.I have enjoyed using it and I haven't had any problems fitting my 6'-5" 240lb body in it. There is plenty of room for moving around while seated inside. The padded bottom also makes it comfortable while inside as well.So far it has preform well as a tub, but... it did come with a hole in the top ring that was leaking air. In of itself, a pinhole wouldn't be an issue but this tub does not come with a repair kit. Fortunate I have patch kits in the house for bicycles and other inflatables. To add insult, the air pump is very cheap and fell apart while using it. The pump and tub ring both needed repairs out of the box. It's a really nice tub but those minor flaws in the setup definitely cost it a star. 4 stars.
