Nos hacía falta una bolsita de agua térmica. Mi madre tiene muchos dolores musculares y nos recomendaron hacernos con una. Ha sido un acierto total. El agua se mantiene mucho tiempo caliente dentro de la bolsa, y con el forro que lleva, no quema la piel. La recomiendo mucho para dolores musculares o menstruales. Siempre viene bien tener algo así, para eso o bien para invierno si tienes mucho frío, te calienta el cuerpo a pesar de ser pequeña.
