After reading reviews, I did not see the prep needed to use this product. I gave it a lower rating because we have not tried it yet. Sanding, wearing special gloves, etc., no thank you. Chances are we will never use it.

I didn't have high hopes at first because I had used several polishing powders before and the results were average. But this one really surprised me! The scratches and stains on the marble countertops were obviously lightened, and the glossiness was improved a lot, it felt like new.
