I have been through it lately!! Riding the struggle bus..it's been rough. The stress started to affect my health. I went to the dr for a routine appointment and mentioned how stressed I have been and she recommended this. I ordered before I left the office and got same day delivery. I took it right after dinner. The taste was great and mixed very well. Within 2 hours I felt much better. I slept so good and woke up feeling refreshed. It is pricey but it is very much worth it. Highly recommend!!

This beverage is a nice way to unwind before I go to bed. I think it helps me sleep deeper for longer. The flavour is nice too, but it is way too sweet for me so I mix abit of fresh lime/lemon juice to balance the flavour. The product would be perfect if it was less sweet.

I’ve been taking this for a couple weeks now and i absolutely love it!! I don’t notice it making me sleepy so I take it in the morning actually. It’s helped my mood so much! I homeschool my kids so I drink it before we get started and the days have gone so smooth! 😍 I even mix it with electrolytes for added benefits. I use a frother to mix it and it takes a minute but works great! Highly recommend this product! Strawberries and cream taste amazing!

I normally don't write reviews but wanted to share my experience. This is amazing to help you sleep and relax. I took 1 packet a day at night before bed. The flavor is amazing and I noticed a different getting a deeper sleep at night. About a week drinking it I noticed a huge difference in my mood I was very emotional about everything. I am a very positive person in general, in the morning waking up I had energy but mid day I was in tears. Don't know if it is a side effect but I stopped drinking it after that and my mood has improved to what I think is my positive self again

The strawberries and cream flavor is fantastic. I work in a high stress call center job and I mix a pack with a little more water than recommended and sip on it throughout the day. It does seem to help me get through the day with less stress than usual. Not sure about the claims of weight loss as I haven’t been drinking it for super long, but for calming it definitely seems to do the job for me. I do wish it was a little more affordable.

I bought this after seeing a review of it on tiktok from someone saying it helped reduce high cortisol. Now, whether or not this is medically valid, I do not know. However, as an extremely stressed college student, I'm pretty much willing to try anything.I really dislike the taste of this since it is so sickly sweet from the stevia, however, the actual lemonade taste is pretty good. I mix it with lime/lemon seltzer and then squeeze in some fresh citrus to cut the sweetness. It works out.Since drinking this, the eye twitch I had developed from stress has gone away. I've had that stupid twitch for 3 months. I also have been sleeping really soundly. Within 30 mins of drinking this I get so sleepy. I would recommend this for sure. The only reason I took away 1 star is for the price which is insane and the sickly sweetness.
