I do coconut oil pulling on and off through the years but always do it with cold pressed organic coconut oil. I bought this stuff to try it out after reading the positive reviews and thinking that the peppermint flavor will be a subtle, nice touch. How wrong I was. All you taste in your mouth is this sharp, bitter, biting, unpleasant and strong taste of peppermint that cuts into the back of your tongue and throat and digs in with claws. By the time it’s time for me to spit the oil out, I gag hard every time, nearly to the point of puking.

I just purchased my second bottle.
I tried this thinking I would gag but its not what I thought it would be. Its not thick and the taste is pleasant. I have had some really good results with it as weill. I highly recommend this brand.
