This is the most beautiful book! The imagery is stunning and the stories are wonderful! My kids love this book so much and so do I! I plan to buy more as gifts for nieces and nephews.

While the stories are good and informative, the pictures, albeit beautiful artwork, are on the scarrier/darker side. Even my 10 year old, who loves to read about the saints, won't read it because the pictures scare her. Some kids may like this artwork more than others. It's just not for us.
