When I got this tankless water heater, I took it out of the box and my first impression was that it looked nice but didn't seem to be made very well. So, I checked the reviews and there seem to be some definite problems. I will be installing it in a few weeks but will be using it as a backup rather than a main water heating source. As soon as I have it installed, I will update my review.

I got this to install between two adjacent bathrooms so that they have instant hot water. We have a demand heater that works great, but you have to run the water a good 30-45 seconds before you get hot water. With this small point of use heater we get plenty of hot water instantly without having to wait for the demand heater to kick in. It was easy to install and set up, and simple to operate.

So after reading the other reviews I was really scared to try this but gave it a shot anyway. I did not notice any overheating or leaking or anything this far but I can definitely tell that this will easily wear down over time just by how it's made. I would love to see a little bit more high quality heavy-dutiness with this. Although everything hooked up easily and functioned as it should there are a few small concerns that I was worried about. It does match up with the ad in terms of measurements so it was the perfect size that we needed and fit exactly where I needed it to be. All the attachments seem like they could leak over time or possibly cause overheating. I would love to see them overhaul this and really improve it a lot because I love the design and all the buttons and everything are really nice and easy to use. Definitely a very user friendly product. If they would just improve that they would definitely have a full five star product. Bulk up the quality and it's definitely a 10 out of 10. As is right now it's probably a 5 out of 10. Overall okay value for your money so far it just depends on how long this lasts without issue.

We replaced a small tank heater with this unit. We only need it for the kitchen sink and bathroom sink at our cottage, and it is just what we need. It takes up almost no space, it was easy to hook up, and does a great job.
