I like the RHO brand; this is a good formula. I needed K2 with a D3 and this one is it.

Definitely liked the liposomal version and noticed when I stopped taking it which is why I will be rebuying this brand. I actually liked the taste , it is thick but doable chased down with water! Over the teeth and through the gums look out stomach here it comes … strong bones , healthy brain and noticeable difference!

I have been using this for a couple weeks and I have noticed a difference in my overall energy. And I can tell that my system is actually absorbing the vitamins. I keep mine in the fridge just to help with the taste.

Finally liquid vitamins! These seem to be mush better than the pills, which I could never swallow. So I didn't take my vitamins, avoiding the fact that I was going to gag. I am so, so, so thankful to this company.

Rho is usually great but this product came with white chunks in it. Reached out to Rho and they confirmed it was a bad batch. Told me to toss it and sent me another which never showed up. Amazon wont let me return it. So I paid for nothing.
