A cute, humorous title for a very niche audience.
To begin, for me a rating of 4/5 is good. For something to be 5/5 it has to be absolutely outstanding. So for me a 4/5 is still fairly good, a bit above average.Premise) The game takes place in the city of Ordinsport, with the death of the local mob-boss, the towns criminals have started balkanizing and are fighting over supremacy in the power vacuum. As the player, you play one such criminal boss trying to be the next "don" of the city.Artwork) The painted artwork is very solid. Though you'll find that a lot of the pictures in the book are merely pictures of the game in action with a handful of miniatures. This very much has a sort of home-grown feel despite the publisher and what outstanding artwork is featured. It was the only reason I didn't give it a solid five, but I don't feel like it really hurts this title too much. The tabletop images were too many, but the models and terrain were decently-well made.Fluff) This is really where this book shines for me. The sense of humor featured in this book was really a breath of fresh air (especially for a tabletop wargame!). Luckily I was alone when I read this because some of the flavor text actually made me bust up laughing or snickerSystem) The system requires only miniatures, this book, and a deck of cards. I give this system some definite props for creativity in a wargame system. If you like poker and wargames, this is the wargame for you. The setting is fairly simple, but honestly you can't really ask for a deep lore when the book's including an entirely new game system and unit stats in only 64 pages, what they did have there was very cute.Features and other thoughts.- Pick a roster of interesting, unique leaders to lead your gang. A lot of the characters gave me a smile and a chuckle. I won't spoil it for you.- Recruit various gang members from humans, halflings, goblins, ratmen, kobolds, orcs, zombies, skeletons, ogres, trolls, golems, and vampires. From lowly street thugs to powerful gang leaders and elite lowlives. Each unit has differing abilities to give the game a variety.- Rules for a simple but interesting campaign. Based around raising audacity, which allows your criminal underlord to gain new hirelings, free units, and bonuses. Also there's Mr. Cuddly... if you read this book you know what I'm talking about. ;)- A very unique wargame system revolving around using a deck of cards for movement (length vs width) attacks, magic, etc. It makes big use on poker suits and card colors as well.Who would enjoy this title?I feel like the person who'd best enjoy this book would be a wargame player, one who possibly enjoys card games as well, who wants something that's a cute, lighthearted change of pace. Anyone who wants a serious, nitty-gritty tabletop wargame is probably not going to like this one as much. One thing I do like about this title (and this is very personal) is that you can have a faction consisting entirely of kobolds (kobolds!). In a way I feel like this is like a much cuter and more lighthearted version of Mordheim with Warhammer fantasy, with more of a light, quirky a sense of humor. If that sounds good to you, then try this one out, I hope you like it, I sure did. :)

Pretty light ruleset but looks like a ton of fun ...
Neat little rulebook. Uses playing cards for both movement and attacking. No dice at all. Gang creation is done by picking a premade leader and then hiring your gang from a plethora of assorted fantasy races and creatures. Pretty light ruleset but looks like a ton of fun to play. I have read through the book but have not tried it out. Will update once I have.

Pipe wielding Dwarves! Hoo Rah!
Great book and a fun read. Seller shipped quickly and packed it well. If you ever wanted to build a gang of fantasy street toughs and knock some heads, gangland style, then this game is for you!

Even less developed that other Osprey titles
Osprey's approach to writing game rules seems to be to accept manuscripts from small game groups and print them without anything but some quick copy editing. This game is even more half baked than most, with rules that are hard to follow, no over-arching set of rule dynamics, and worst of all a limited list of pre-generated characters and no skill building system.

Really fun
Liking the fact that you can choose any race you want for this game reminds me of Discworld
