My husband started using this as an alternative to melatonin for sleep issues.He didn't want to start on any prescription options, but was having a hard time "turning his mind off" at bedtime. Additionally once asleep, if he needed a 1am trip to the bathroom, he'd once again have a hard time falling back asleep.He'd been a bit successful with melatonin, but it's difficult to play with adjusting doses by trying to cut pills accurately. He has no real health issues, but checked with his MD first before transitioning to magnesium. His doc supported this but specified that it should be elemental magnesium glycinate.He's been using this liquid magnesium for over a month now and is very happy with the results.I can only assume that body weight has some relation to dose, so for what it's worth, he's 5'10, 175lbs and uses 4 or 5 drops under his tongue right before bedtime. He brushes his teeth, then drops the dose into a tiny cappuccino spoon. He says it's easier to dose from the dropper into a spoon, than it is to dose directly from the dropper to under his own tongue.He typically reads for 15 min or so in bed, and by that time the magnesium is taking affect and I often notice he's either dropped his tablet on his chest, or sometimes it bonks him on the face b/c he's nodded off. He can get up in the middle of the night for a trip to the bathroom, and fall right back to sleep again.He sometimes varies the dose depending on how tired he already is, and also if there's a need to wake early the next morning. On typical nights with no pressing early morning appointments, he uses 5 drops. That's quite a bit below the recommended dose, so he's happy that's all it takes to help him get a good night's sleep.

It's probably comparable. I'm not majorly impressed but not exactly disappointed, either. It claims to have higher bioavailability but I've also been through extra stress. Perhaps, it just balanced me out, after all.Price/Value:⭐⭐⭐⭐/⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Supplements are spendy. I'm not sure if I want to pay the price for this one. Almost $20 for 2 oz. is rather steep when you're on a budget. It does indicate a serving size of 2 droppers a day, making this bottle good for 30 days. Time will tell if the benefits are worth coming back to this as I test similar products against each other.Overall score:⭐⭐⭐⭐/⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐- Decent product.- I would recommend the seller improve on flavoring if it's supposed to be any particular kind.- Probably easier to take for some people who dislike capsules.

Our bottle had mold in it and we did not realize it until it was almost gone.

This liquid supplement has a mild, pleasant taste. The bottle says it's orange flavored but I tasted a hint of chocolate. Dosing instructions are to put the drops under your tongue.

I find that I take things when they are liquid/chewable more than when they are pills or powders. So this formulation of magnesium has been nice to try. It's well labeled and has clear instructions. I got the orange flavor and find it to be a moderate sweetness and a good amount of orange flavor. I don't love the flavor of magnesium itself and the flavor does definitely sneak through, there is a bit of a fishy taste to it for me. You are supposed to hold it under your tongue for best absorption, and that's still fine to do. The price for this as a one-month supply is a bit high but if you are looking for liquid, it's certainly a good option. I do think that it helps my sleep.

I'm not a fan of taking pills so I love when I can get a supplement in liquid form. This magnesium tastes great and is easy to take with the dropper. I have noticed a difference in my sleep, that I'm able to stay asleep longer than I had been able to before. My joints haven't been hurting as much now that I've been taking it.
