I bought these for my husband for Christmas last year to use on his back. He is a contractor and experiences frequent back pain. These balls have made a huge difference to him - he rolls on them every night and they practically eliminate his pain. He prefers their size and firmness over other massage balls he's used but cautions not to overdo it!

I have piriformis syndrome (tightness in a muscle that passes right over the sciatic nerve and mimics sciatica pain), and I need to regularly stretch and press that annoying, hard to reach spot in my upper butt cheek in order to relieve the feeling. This ball does the trick! It's just the right size for me. I wanted something a bit bigger than a tennis ball, but not quite softball size. It is also the PERFECT firmness for me. I will sometimes sit on it on the couch, or I will roll on it on the floor. It was pricey and that kept me from buying it for awhile, but I'm glad I finally did because I've tried tons of other things (tennis balls, glass Yankee candle lids, etc.) and nothing I've tried is as nice as this ball.

These are amazing!!! I have arthritis, planter fasciitis and torn tendons in my feet, I have been using these to roll out my feet and they offer such great pressure and stability. I feel a difference right away. They are so lightweight you can take them anywhere and small enough you can pack in a gym bag or travel bag. They have seriously brought me so much relief and and I am so grateful I gave them a try!! If your wondering if you should give them a chance- do it! It’s a life changer! 🥰

I stand up against a wall and go up and down w this . Man this gets deep into knots !! Really helps!

The balls are a great size and quality but the bag is too loose to hold them side by side for rolling on either side of the spine. Not sure why they need such a roomy bag that is only good for storage but not useful in any other way. Otherwise great product.

Works fine for sure feet

I’ve been using this product primarily on the soles of my feet to keep the muscles stretched. I found it to be helpful with my shin splints as well by rolling the cork balls up and down my leg and around my ankles. Great product.

Good quality for the money. Primarily use these to massage feet and shoulders after a long hike. They do darken with usage as they collect body oil.
