For what it is, 5☆'s. Your phone for what it's not.
5☆'s for every thing it claims. The ride is smooth, the battery is long lasting, 20 mph , 25 miles economy. What I love most about this scooter is the basket. I bought some heavy duty D-rings to use to hook the bicycle trailer to the basket and I take my hound with me for some decently long rides. I use curb side pick up for groceries and other stuff from as far as 10 miles away. It has good power and I'm happy with it for what it does. I purchased a cup holder and a phone holder so I can use a phone app speedometer and odometer as all the scooter monitor shows is battery level. Hindsight, I wish I had got the 1200w max, 30mile setup instead. The 800w is good, but 800 max is a 500w motor and I'm learning motor "w" is important for motor size not max "w" output. Live and learn. I really like the frame and handlebar setup on this model though. I like the "look" of it. So while I'm happy with my purchase, maybe I'll check into upgrading the hubmotor with a DIY project. But yes, Caroma makes good scooters, and I'm 5☆ happy with this purchase.

Very practical scooter
Its really amazing how useful this is. I originally bought it for my daughter who does not like standing on a scooter. Not only she likes it and uses it a lot, I use it for some grocery shopping. Bucket in the back makes it so easy to carry stuff. It is very sturdy with me weighing close to 200 lbs and me carrying close to 50 lbs of stuff from store, it was able to go up the hill at 15 mph. Range wise, I do not know how long it will last but I have ran it for atleast 20 miles and it still was showing me 2 bars. Its very easy to use with disc brakes, it is very easy and safe.It has enough power to go fast enough that I can use it for getting groceries from 4 miles away but is not very fast that I feel scared with kids using it as well.Height can be adjusted and my son uses it as a electric scooter and prefers standing.Only thing I can think of that can be added is Speedometer and Odometer like in some of the ebikes.

1200w Model P5
To start off was packaged very well and arrived earlier than expected, was easy to assemble and had some charge to test it, I got it put together an hr later after unpacking. The scooter is very small even for me I'm 5'10" seems very well built I like the full suspension very good power from the motor very quiet and climbs hills. I do like the wheels its full equipped with lights and fenders and a good seat and basket, what I dont like is no actual LCD display as advertised and the range varies but never been issue and I use daily to and from work. (Approximately 8 mile round trip)Would of gave 5 stars if I had a LCD display the battery indicator is trash! Good brakes and everything else just wish it was an option.

Doeswork most of the time
This product is not worth buying. The reason is because every single time you charge it. It wont start for a long time. You have to unplug the yellow sockets and let rest for a long time. Also it will not turn on if it is warm outside. So unless you have an air condoned garage or somewhere to store it it will not work. Im making payments on this but cant make the money with it to pay thd payments. Im very very disappointed. I think it may be the model bc its cheap. It has no on and off button on top or control panel. Just the battery indicator. Its not worth it although its inexpensive.

Affordable strong easy transport that assembles easily.
Very powerful (this is the 750W motor) and it does go up hills while maintaining speed. For paved riding, the shocks are great. Assembled easily but if you have your own tools (sockets) it's going to go easier. They supply a tool kit. The directions were not accurate for the P5 (nothing you can't intuitive figure out)--referring to a few things that aren't present. Basket mounting --hopefully you figure out where to put the washers. You may have to tighten up the mounts for the brakes. This is a throttle only model (which is a good thing). You don't monkey with speed settings and modes, throttle controls your speed, brakes reduce speed and you can find lots of sweet spots to save on battery if you need to. The display simply shows you battery life-that's it. You may need to put air in your tires before the first ride. It charged up in 5 hours but came with some charge on the battery upon arrival. The manual refers to a switch on the display to start it--there is no such thing. The key will be the sole factor in starting. The key has 3 positions. The first position (off) is basically to insert the key, the second position I have no idea what it does. I think it gives power but no throttle (if you were sitting on the side of the road and wanted to turn on the lights). The third position ONLY, is power on and the key won't fall out. Many people have already commented , correctly so, not to use a big key fob as it might dangle and jingle. My brakes did not need any adjusting upon setting up and testing the bike for 90 minutes (fun ride). Adjusting the handle bars (to be straight) was a bit of trial and error because you have to do that adjustment with the handlebars folded down. You get two reflectors for the front forks. You will install the rear brake light (not hard). Easy to throw a lock through the rear wheel and frame for deterrence. You can also throw a U-lock around the front tire as well (more deterrence). In theory this bike won't run without the key (in theory). If you're looking for reliable transport that's affordable to drive a few miles to work and home, this will do it (on paved or smooth surfaces. I will update this review if the whole thing fails at any point. I would not ride it in rain or if the roads were particularly wet (not so much for safety) as I think water will hurt the battery and motor. It goes fast--ride safe.
