ABUSABUS chain 12KS Loop - additional security for scooters, motorbikes, bicycles - length 80 cm

Ideal length to secure rear wheel through the spokes and final drive on my BMW R1200GS, a short length of chain that is not too heavy to carry on the bike. Room to pass a second chain through for locking to another bike with a longer chain. A solid 12mm chain and made by ABUS.

I use the chain to secure my garden gate. It's done the job so far.

Although a bit on the short side it remains quite practical as it creates a closed loop. Well pleased with price and quality!

Great quality motorcycle chain. This is just about as heavy as you’d want to go for a mobile ‘bike chain.Am confident that it would buy time if a scroat attempted to nick my ‘bike. Enough to deter all but the most prepared and dedicated motorbike thieves.

Solid and inter loops so no need for longer chains

It is short even with the loop, but its heavy and strong.

Attenzione alla lunghezza, 80CM, pure con cappio, potrebbero non essere sufficienti per le esigenze di tutti. Io cercherò di farmelo andare bene, ho scelto questa lunghezza per non avere un peso eccessivo. Sulla qualità della catena, nessun dubbio, solida e pesante, belle maglie che dovrebbero resistere al taglio. L’ho abbinata ad un lucchetto Abus che inforca la razza del cerchio e la catena stessa, da posizionare al posteriore, mentre all’ anteriore un Abus Granit, classico manettone dell’azienda, che pure in questo caso inforca la razza del cerchio, non essendo adatto per i dischi freno. Ci ho abbinato pure un AirTag. Speriamo bene.

Sehr stabil, abschreckend, und mit einem Bolzenschneider nicht zu zerstören. Nachteil: sehr schwer und nicht unbedingt zur Mitnahme im Rucksack geeignet.

Den är stark och bra. Den är för kort.

Attention en loop 80 cm ça peut être court... Mais c'est vraiment très solide.
