The best milk alternative Ive ever had! Tastes almost like cows milk. Organic and without bunch of gums and sugar. Doesn’t curdle when I froth it for my latte. I have tried a few different variations including barista, but this one I like most. Highly recommend

I’ve been using this for years and simply trusted its described qualities. I’ve never delved into its science but it agrees with my finicky digestion and blends beautifully with protein powders and cereals. It is neither thick nor watery but a consistent combining liquid. It is delicious heated with spices for a comfortable warm cup. It lasts longer than other nut milks in the fridge.

One of my favorite alternative milks. Mild flavor and not too thin.

Although I rate this high, it is not perfect. The consistency is that of non-fat skim milk. Better that than to have it loaded with vegetable gums and pea protean to thicken it as with the other varieties. It does have 3 grams of agave (consisting mainly of fructose) per 1 cup serving. Although we generally want to reduce added sugars (including fructose), the 3 grams are nearly trivial. Regular milk has 4 times the sugar content (lactose) in grams per serving. The agave seems to mask the harshness and bitterness of the macadamia base, not really adding much in the way of sweetness. All in all, this is a good product with just enough added ingredients to make it palatable.

The milk was all sour! This happens alot,but I never complained. No more amazon orders of this. How can it get sour with shelf stable containers. All pieces of white on top of my coffee. Please give me a refund.too many times now. Thank you sincerly,Jacqueline Risden

I tried all the Milkadamia varieties, and this artisan version is by far my favorite.
