I took ordered after following Dr Barbara O'Neil, the cost of Anna's wild yam cream is so expensive, so I went in a search to find a similar product! And I found it at a fraction of the cost with same ingredients! Concentration levels are amazing, beautiful thoughts out simple packaging, high end hand crafted cream and to be able to get unscented is a dream!! Can wait to get the benefit of all the ingredients and I am going to follow the guidance of application from Barbara O'Neil.I love being able to support a small British company especially when their products are so beautifully made will be ordering more for sureXxx

Oestrogen-like compounds in wild yam may help ease menopausal symptoms.Meanwhile, yam creams may contain natural progesterone or increase the body's progesterone levels.The root and bulb from the wild yam (Dioscorea Villosa) plant have been used traditional medicine for centuries.This cream is a nice consistency and soaks in well, its unscented but has a kind of herbal smell, presumably naturally.I can't say if this works, but its worth a try!

Got this after looking for one similar to the one Barbara O'Neil recommends , only used a while , but the cream is really nice , not greasy ,penetrates the skin quickly and smells nice just a light smell not ghastly perfume.

The NaturallyMum Wild Yam Balancing Cream arrives in eco-friendly packaging - suitable for a gift.The cream (120ml) is contained in a glass bottle with a metal screw on lid. The ingredients are not shown in the advert - so I have included a photo of the ingredients printed on the bottle label. As you can see the ingredients are a mixture of natural and synthetic products. The Glyceryl Stearate is generally regarded as safe but for some people phenoxyethanol (used as a preservative) is not - look its safety up if you are concerned.The cream is odourless and I an told is fine for the body but not really a cream for the face.The claim for this being a product for menopausal symptoms is possibly based on the presence of oestrogenic products naturally found in Yam. But the product provides no details of how much Yam is in the cream - nor the oestrogenic content. So I just don’t know if this claim is valid or notThe current price is £20.00 which seems expensive to me and I would mainly stare clear of products with phenoxyethanol - so not really for me but some of the ingredients are fine and it is not a bad cream.

once received I Immediately noticed there was no dosage instructions on label, then I went to the reviews and some women have been using it as a body cream, very questionable 🤷‍♀️ yam is supposed to be slowly built up into the body’s system. So applying it all over is a no go. Also contains phenoxyethanol which is preservative that is not necessary. I was looking for an alternative to the Anna’s wild yam cream as it’s expensive from Australia.

I feel no different after 3 weeks using it. But only one thing I couldn't bare with the smell of the cream.
