I am a 5 handicap and needed new wedges but didn’t want to spend another 135.00 each for vokey. I bought the 3 wedge set, in regular flex (crazy!) and I love the feel and workability of these wedges. They have incredible spin and stop ability as well as feel. I have purchased cheap wedges in the past, always being disappointed. These are a completely different story. I had to dial my swing down a little but that actually helped my game too.

Honestly, these wedges surprised me — in a good way. I’d give them a solid 4.5 stars. I’m a 5 handicap, and I’ve now played two full rounds with the 52° and 56°. A couple of weeks ago, I lost my gap wedge on the course (and of course, no one turned it in). I was planning to replace it with a Cleveland RTX with the full-face grooves, but when I saw how similar the face milling on these was — and that I could get both wedges for less than the price of a single RTX — I figured I’d give them a try. The good: These wedges spin like champions. They check up better than anything I’ve ever used. The face milling is excellent, and the overall balance and weight feel great. The not-so-good: The grips are awful — no way around it. I’ll definitely be swapping them out. And this next point is nitpicky, but they do make a slightly “clanky” sound at impact. The metal feels a bit harder compared to premium name-brand wedges. One of my playing partner uses RTX full face wedges, and they sound a touch softer and more solid. That said, the performance is fantastic. Honestly, I’m glad I bought these instead of the RTXs. I think these are a fantastic value.

I was looking for a set of wedges that wouldn't bust the bank like the brand name ones. Paying for a wedge that cost over a hundred bucks is ridiculous, unless a person thinks having a name brand will make them play better. How often are wedges used? Not much. I found these three for a really good price, but I was certain there was a downside- poorly made or thin face. But that's not the case at all! This wedge set are spectacular. The black color makes them easy to choose in my bag. And the playability? I would take these Yamato wedges over anything on the market. The nicely grooved, big face makes it hard to hit a bad shot and the contact sound is icing on the cake. They are so good, I'm getting a set for my daughter, son-in-law and my two grandson's. If anyone is looking for a good set of wedges, look no further.

Good novelty club! I got the 72 degree. Good for certain shots, this thing will spin it, but it's going to chew up your ball cover.

Originally bought the 60 by itself. Found I needed the 52 and 56 for sand and gap wedge distance. Was cost effective to buy this whole set. I truly love them. The face is well cut with the groves so they catch the ball and provide spin and lift. Would highly recommend these wedges. I did change the grips though to jumbo for my old hands. Put down a beauty of a high flop shot over trees in the rough outside the green with the 60, to lay the ball 2 feet from the pin. Worth the price for the quality in my opinion.

I needed a 52 degree wedge but didn’t want to spend a lot of money. I saw this online and thought “why not try it?”. It hits great, feels good. Some serious groves in it causing more backspin than I am used to. Compresses great. Glad I bought it!

Out the box I would have liked to see it packaged more securely but from hitting it around the yard I believe this wedge is gonna have a ton of spin and help my game on chip shots.the grip and grooved and length is perfect too. it looks mean well just have to see.
