Quality laptop, easy to set up and does what I need.

Bought it for my wife to replace a damaged machine. She had no problems with setup and is happy with the performance (light gaming, web surfing and video conferences, video streaming).

Laptop came in chinese language, besides that it works as advertised
The laptop came in chinese, but they went above and beyond to make it right, their customer support is very knowledgeable and responsive, the issue was fixed after a few sessions, everything is working perfectly now.

love the price and performance
I have become a new/refurbished computer purchaser. This Latitude is working great, fast and quiet with great graphics (not gamer). It's also very light weight and very ergonomic.

Llego a tiempo, muy cumplidos
el PC es muy rapido y cumplio con mis expectativas, pero se pone un poco lento con muchos archivos abiertasy en video llamada. No me gusta mucho el diseño, pero en general es muy buen equipo. el internet es muyy rapido con este PC.

Seriously ?
* Display is way too bright, tragically lacks contrast and saturation, and colors are off : not fit even for basic video or photo editing ; even text-oriented work is a pain . Anti-glare is a joke.* Backlighting of the keyboard is an unhealthy blueish white . Ridiculous.* Audio makes the case vibrate, with audible internal resonance and saturation. Audio output has a grounding/humming issue* Wi-Fi issuesAt a price point of over 1k , seriously ??? If it was only for the display, this thing does not even remotely compare to the 10+ year laptop it was supposed to replace . Plus the rest...Dell got me. Once.
